How we
do it

Through in-person sessions and digital tools—like our WhatsApp-based coaching platform—we provide people with practical, locally relevant support that fits into their real lives.  We use a science-based, human-centered approach grounded in behavior change and health, co-designing solutions alongside healthcare professionals and the communities we work with. We leverage AI to deliver practical, low-cost, high-impact solutions that improve health and elevate the value of care work.

What we do

Our focus is on behaviors, particularly those linked to nutrition, physical activity, and emotional well-being. These daily habits are the foundation of lifelong health—and the key to preventing non-communicable diseases (NCDs) like obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions.

We combine behavioral science, culturally rooted knowledge, and AI-driven coaching to deliver low-cost, personalized solutions that are accessible, scalable, and impactful.

Smart Solutions, AI-Powered Innovation

We work to prevent and reduce the burden of disease so that everyone—especially those facing systemic barriers to health education and care—can build healthier, more resilient lives.
